• If the client decides to withdraw the case on his own.

• If the client complains and proves that the said lawyer is inefficient in practice.

• If the client complains and proves that the said lawyer is impunctual in practice or in attending court matters.

• If the client complains and proves that the said lawyer is working negligently in practice.

• We always Pray good health of our clients, in case of any sudden death of the earning member of the family, if our client wants to withdraw the case permanently.

• Any other reason that the Arya Law Network found that our esteemed client has a reasonable belief as genuine.

STRICTLY NO REFUND POLICY: -

We usually do not entertain any kind of refunds when there is no service deficiency from our end.

1. No refund will be entertained for Legal Notice

2. No refund will be entertained for Legal Opinion.

3. No refund will be entertained if the client decides to make partial payments.

4. No refund will be entertained if the client made payment by cash.

5. Only electronic payments are eligible for a refund.

6. No refund will be entertained for the Appointment

7. No refund will be entertained for Phone Consultations.

8. No refund will be entertained visit consultation.

9. No refund will be entertained for filing the matters in the court of law or after 15 days from the date of filing the application or petition in the court.

10. No refund will be entertained after filing in the court SR register or filing any petitions etc.

11. No refund will be entertained for the fee charged only for court visits.

12. No refund will be entertained for any mediation, counseling, etc.

13. Any other reason that the Arya Law Network found that refund policy is not entertainable.
